How To Choose The Right Motorsport Tent
What size race tent do I need?
Start with the vehicle and how you work around it. A 3 m x 3 m will usually cover a kart, bike or compact track car. Sizes such as 3 m x 4.5 m or 3 m x 6 m suit most club race cars, with room for tools and tyre stacks. Freestanding awnings in 4 m x 6 m, 4 m x 8 m or 6 m x 12 m are better for multi car teams, hospitality and larger endurance paddocks.
How often will you race?
For occasional track days, test days and light use, a Pro 40 pop up can be the most efficient choice. For full seasons, rougher circuits and regular transport, Pro 50 or Pro 60 frames and MQ-65 awnings are better suited to repeated pitching and harsher conditions.
Do you need full branding now or later?
All Gala Performance tents can be supplied plain or printed. Many teams start with a stock colour canopy and add heat pressed vinyl printing as budget allows. If you want a fully bespoke look, dye sublimation printing on canopies and walls will match your car or bike livery across the whole paddock.
If you would like help mapping this to a full paddock layout, the team can advise on footprints, linking options and accessories.
