Frequently Asked Questions
What size flag is best for a motorsport paddock setup?
For most race tents and awnings, flags between 2.8 m and 4.5 m tall work well. Shorter flags suit bike and kart setups, while taller flags are ideal for car teams, garages and trade stands. If you tell us your awning size, we can recommend a flag height that sits nicely above it without overpowering the space.
Are flags suitable for use at all UK circuits and shows?
Yes. With the right base choice, promotional flags can be used on grass paddocks, gravel areas and hard standing at circuits like Donington Park, Silverstone, Brands Hatch and beyond. For very exposed sites, we may suggest particular base and height combinations to keep everything stable.
Can I use the same flag hardware with different graphics?
You can reuse the same poles and bases with new printed flag skins, as long as the shapes and sizes match. This lets you update sponsors, campaigns or series branding without buying a complete new set each time.
How do I transport promotional flags to race meetings?
Flag poles break down into short sections and are supplied in compact bags. Bases are either foldable or can be transported empty if they are water or sand fill units. This makes them easy to store alongside your awning, walling and tools in the van or trailer.
Can you match my team colours and livery?
Yes. Using dye sublimation printing, we can closely match team colours, race tent branding and vehicle liveries. If you provide vector logos and colour references, our artwork team will produce a visual proof for you to sign off before production.
Are promotional flags only for race teams?
Not at all. Series organisers, sponsors, dealers and show organisers also use flags for wayfinding, hospitality, trade areas and event branding. If you are involved in motorsport promotion in any way, flags are a simple, high impact tool you can reuse from event to event
